Shipping

Orders are generally shipped out within 1 business day (if in stock), and you will be notified via email with tracking info once the order has shipped. Orders ship from San Francisco, CA. 

Our shipping rates are calculated as follows:

Orders over $150 = FREE
Orders $60.00 - $149.99 = $9.99
Orders <$60 = $5.99

Refunds and Returns

While we hope you love our products as much as we do, we understand sometimes it doesn't work out. Therefore, all of our products (with the exception of final sale items) have a 30-day return/refund policy. We will gladly accept the return of any new (tags-on), unaltered and/or undamaged items within 30 days of delivery, and issue a full refund for such returned items. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
